Booking indoor courts

There are facilities for both members and non-members to book indoor courts either on a one-off or on a regular basis. The following information explains how you can make bookings and how much it costs. It is often worth checking for availability at the last minute as cancellations do occur.

Information

• Members can book up to two weeks ahead and pay in advance or on arrival.
• Non-members can book up to 1 week ahead. Payment must be received within 48hrs of making the booking
• You are liable for payment of the full fee if you fail to show up for your booking.
• You are liable for payment of the full fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking and the court cannot be re-let.
• Non-members, playing with members on courts booked by members, may play at no extra charge during the summer season but must each pay a visitor's fee during the winter season.
• Indoor courts are bookable in multiples of one hour sessions.
• Block bookings (of at least 4 weeks) may be made by members or non-members. The form is available below.
  Members may pay weekly on arrival. Non-members must pay for four weeks at the time of booking, and this payment will be set against the final four weeks of the booking. Weekly payment is still therefore due on arrival.If a court has to be cancelled, two week's notice is required, otherwise full payment will be due if the court is not resold.

Methods of Payment

• Cash, debit card, or cheque made out to West Bridgford Tennis Club.

How to book

• Casual Bookings: by phone on 0115 981 1699 or in person at reception.
• Block Bookings: by completion of the indoor courts block booking application form, a 'pdf' file. You will then be notified if the time is available. (The paragraph on Application Forms under Membership on the Home page describes how a 'pdf' file may be viewed and printed). The application form is also available from the Club.
